REGULATION OF THE EL PATRONUS TRIOACTIVE GAME PUBLIC WELFARE BOARD AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE OF THE MONAGAS STATE. "EASTERN LOTTERY"
FIRST: The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the conditions that will govern the TRIOACTIVE EL PATRONUS Game in its different betting modalities, whose characteristics and modalities are specified below, to which the bettors and all the subjects involved in said game will be subject.
DEFINITIONS:
SECOND: For the purposes of this regulation, it shall be understood as:

BET MADE BY WEB PAGE: Virtual lottery agencies created with the purpose of providing entertainment online, offering lottery games in their different modalities and, where the betting public can execute their plays electronically.
AUTHORIZATION CODE: It is a unique and unrepeatable alphanumeric number that identifies and certifies that the bet intended by the player is authorized and registered by THE OPERATOR, giving it value for the purposes of control that must be exercised by the competent state agencies; This code printed on the ticket must comply with the following:
a) Be printed on the betting medium;
b) Allow to be audited online or over the internet directly, through any telematic means from which it is invoked;

MARKETER: It is the legal person under private law, which is dedicated to legally marketing, through its sales network, different lottery games, through the marketing contract and by the license or administrative authorization, granted by the "LOTERÍA DE EAST".
PLAYER OR PLAYER: Person who places the bet to participate in the game. It is understood as such players and players and bettors and bettors, indistinctly.

TELEMATIC SERVICES: It is the integration of Hardware, electronic computing and information equipment, accessories, parts and pieces, software and providers of information technology services that are owned or contracted to third parties for the processing and handling of data applied to the transmission of bets, validation, prizes, royalty, taxes and others inherent to the activity of lottery games.
TRIOACTIVE EL PATRONUS: The name or denomination given to the game for the sole purpose of illustrating the players, being consequently, a game oriented to the lottery under its modality of hits by the combination of THREE (03) figures or digits graphically represented by ONE (01) animal, which causes a result by chance and/or chance.

THE PRIZES AND PRICE OF THE PLAY:

FOURTEENTH: The prizes of the TRIOACTIVE EL PATRONUS game may be made effective at the same authorized point of sale where the bet was placed. The right to collect the prize will expire on the third (3rd) business day following the day of the respective draw. Once the established expiration term has expired, all right to claim prizes is extinguished.
FIFTEENTH: The prize will be paid to the person who demonstrates possession of the winning Ticket, (presenting the physical ticket), it must be in good condition (legible). Similarly, in compliance with articles 92 and 229 of the Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents, the sale, marketing and distribution to children and adolescents is prohibited. Under penalty of nullity and for not having full capacity to negotiate, minors under eighteen (18) years of age will not be able to purchase tickets for the TRIOACTIVE EL PATRONUS game, consequently they will not be able to participate as players, nor collect prizes.
SIXTEENTH: The winner of the prize must prove his status as winner by presenting the original of the respective ticket, a copy of the ticket will not be accepted under any circumstances, it must be in perfect condition, fully intact, with its content and signs complete badges, that do not register or present any type of amendments, adulterations, reconstructions, breaks or that are illegible in whole or in part, without which, the respective point ofauthorized sale, will refrain from paying the prize.
SEVENTEENTH: The payment of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the administrator of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS, who will pay them when the respective bet is registered in its database.
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF CLAIM
EIGHTEENTH: This Regulation constitutes an adhesion contract, for which each player who participates in the game must be subject to each and every one of the rules that regulate it, as well as its reforms or modifications, if any, for being pre-prepared rules, without the players or bettors being able to suggest or require any modification, any claim, controversy or doubt must be processed via e-mail, and a response will be given within 3 business days of submitting your claim, at the following address: XXX @.ctrioactivo.com

FINAL PROVISIONS
TWENTIETH: The administration or the authorized point of sale of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS, will not be responsible in case of cancellation of bets, agreed by virtue of what is established in this Regulation, nor in cases of theft, theft or loss of the respective ticket, which constitutes the only means of proof of the bet.
TWENTY-FIRST: The administrator of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS, with the prior approval of the PUBLIC CHARITY AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD OF THE MONAGAS STATE "LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE" may modify or amend all or part of these Regulations and must notify the National Lottery Commission thereof. (CONALOT), as well as inform the betting public through an advertisement published in a national circulation medium in accordance with the provisions of article 24 of the National Lottery Law.
TWENTY-SECOND: This Regulation will enter into force from the date of its publication by a written means of communication with national circulation.
TWENTY-THIRD: This regulation has been approved by the PUBLIC CHARITY AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD OF THE MONAGAS STATE "EASTERN LOTTERY" ".
