FIRST: The company "CORPORACIÓN TECNODATA 2015, C.A", previously identified, has created a Software system, called www.sellatuparley.com; which, in order to be able to advertise it to third parties and comply with all the rules established within its legal scope, must have a Regulation that establishes the terms and conditions, within which its operation will be governed. Therefore, on behalf of our client, we sign the following document, with the purpose of serving as our DEFINITIVE REGULATION.
SECOND: For the purposes of the terms and conditions of this sports betting system and other virtual bets, the company will be called "CORPORACION TECNODATA 2015, C.A" who OFFERS THE PUBLIC a software system called www.sellatuparley.com and the player will be called for all purposes of this regulation "The Bettor".
