“LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”
FIRST: These Rules establish the conditions governing the TRIOACTIVE GAME: EL PATRONUS in its various betting modalities, whose characteristics and modalities are specified below, and to which bettors and all parties involved in said game will be subject.
DEFINITIONS:
SECOND: For the purposes of these rules, the following definitions apply:
BET: The purchase of a ticket or any instrument that supports the execution of a bet, made manually or electronically, authorized or issued by the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”.
AUTHORIZED BETS THROUGH MARKETING UNITS: Issued by Marketing Units and transmitted through a telematic system authorized by CONALOT and the official game operator; must comply with the regulations set forth herein and other conditions agreed upon by the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”.
BETS PLACED VIA WEBSITE: Virtual lottery agencies created to provide online entertainment, offering lottery games in their various forms, where bettors can place their bets electronically.
AUTHORIZATION CODE: This is a unique and unrepeatable alphanumeric code that identifies and certifies that the bet placed by the player is authorized and registered by THE OPERATOR, giving it validity for the purposes of the controls that must be exercised by the competent state agencies. This code, printed on the ticket, must comply with the following:
a) Be printed on the betting medium;
b) Allow for direct online or internet auditing through any electronic means from which it is accessed;
c) Generate the necessary user accounts for access to the data systems required for data control by THE OPERATOR, authorized for this purpose by the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”.
d) The code must be printed on both the traditional printed ticket and the digital ticket authorized by "LA LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE".
BETTING CENTER: A properly equipped physical space for the direct sale of various lottery games in any of their modalities to buyers, bettors, and the general public.
DEALER: A private legal entity that legally markets various lottery games through its sales network, by means of a marketing contract and the license or administrative authorization granted by "LA LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE".
PLAYER OR BETTOR: A person who places a bet to participate in the game. This includes both male and female players and bettors.
BETTING MEDIUM: Consisting of tickets, slips, cards, and data messages. These are the means by which the bet is placed, and their presentation is sufficient and self-sufficient in terms of identification and any rights they may generate. The betting slips contain the number combinations, as well as the bet itself, which are selected by the bettor at the time of issuance. All bets are backed by the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE” (Eastern Lottery).
OPERATOR: This is the private legal entity that legally operates, develops, organizes, manages, and markets lottery games, duly authorized by the laws that regulate the matter and by the administrative license granted by the “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”.
DRAW: A public act duly certified by a Notary Public of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, who attests to the results, or by a competent official, for which a record will be drawn up certifying the veracity of the results of the draw.
TELEMATIC SERVICES: This refers to the integration of hardware, electronic computer and information equipment, accessories, parts and components, software, and information technology service providers, whether owned by the company or contracted from third parties, for the processing and management of data applied to the transmission of bets, validation, prizes, royalties, taxes, and other aspects inherent to the lottery gaming activity.
TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS: The name given to the game is solely for the purpose of informing players. It is a lottery-style game where players win by matching three (3) numbers, each represented by one (1) animal, resulting in a random and/or chance outcome.
TYPE OF GAMES AND ITS MODALITIES
THIRD: The game “TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS” will be operated by the company CORPORACIÓN BIG LOT 777, C.A., which is duly authorized by the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”.
FOURTH: TRIPLE: A game modality where the bet is associated with the extraction of a combination of THREE (03) numbers or digits graphically represented by ONE (01) animal, ranging from the number zero (0) to nine (9), including both combinations (000 to 999). The following are the TEN (10) animal figures that make up the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game, along with the numbers that identify them within the game system:

FIFTH: TERMINAL: A game mode where the bet is associated with the extraction of the last two (2) numbers on the right-hand side of the called triple, read from right to left.
SIXTH: PUNTA: A game mode where the bet is associated with the extraction of the first two (2) numbers on the far left of the drawn triple, read from left to right.
GAME CHARACTERISTICS
SEVENTH: TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS can be played through authorized betting centers and websites, located at points of sale identified as TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS vendors. These points of sale will issue a ticket identifying your TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS bet with the combination(s) wagered, the amount(s) wagered, the date and time of the draw, and a security code to validate the bet. The player must keep their betting ticket in good condition, as it is the only proof of their bet selection and will be the only valid receipt or proof of purchase for claiming a prize.
EIGHTH: Independent betting centers and websites selling the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game assume responsibility for the proper execution of all operations under their control. This responsibility cannot be attributed to the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS operator. Bets for the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game will only be accepted up to five (5) minutes before the respective draw and will accept advance bets for future draws held on the same day. Only bets placed before the draw will be recognized and considered valid.

TENTH: The TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game has a THREE PERCENT (3%) probability of winning. This percentage applies to the TERMINAL, TRIPLE, and PUNTA bets.
ABOUT THE DRAWING PROCEEDINGS
ELEVENTH: The drawings are public events that will be held in the presence of a competent official, who will attest to the proceedings and record their veracity in the corresponding minutes. The results of the draws will be announced to the public through any national or regional media outlet, official website, or social media. However, if, due to error or omission, these results differ from those established in the notarized document, the official results established in the notarized document will always prevail. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a draw is suspended, postponed, or held on a different day or time than previously stipulated, the public must be informed of the changes through any national or regional media outlet, official website, or social media. The National Lottery Commission and the Monagas State Public Welfare and Social Assistance Board (“Lotería de Oriente”) must also be formally and immediately notified.
PRIZES AND BET PRICES:
TWELFTH: TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS will pay prizes as follows: for each Bolivar (Bs. 1.00) wagered, it pays Six Hundred Bolivars (Bs. 600.00) when betting on ONE (1) TRIPLE; for the TERMINAL bet type, for each Bolivar (Bs. 1.00) wagered, it pays Sixty Bolivars (Bs. 60.00); and for the PUNTA bet type, for each Bolivar (Bs. 1.00) wagered, it pays Sixty Bolivars (Bs. 60.00).
THIRTEENTH: When the player bets on the TRIOACTIVO game, THE PATRONUS will be The player will receive a ticket/receipt that will serve as the sole valid proof of purchase for claiming any prize won. Each bet will appear on the front of the ticket/receipt, printed horizontally on a single line. The player may place one or more bets on the same ticket/receipt; each bet is independent and will appear printed horizontally, one below the other.
Sole Article: The authorized lottery betting instrument (Game Ticket) shall be issued as an invoice in accordance with the requirements established in the second transitional provision of Administrative Ruling No. 0287, published in Official Gazette No. 39,059 dated November 14, 2008, issued by the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT).
The ticket, slip, or gaming instrument shall be designed as an invoice, in accordance with the provisions of Administrative Ruling No. 0102 issued by the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT), published in the Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela No. 39,290, dated October 22, 2009, and Article 9 of Administrative Ruling 2009-040 issued by the National Commission of Lottery (CONALOT), published in Official Gazette 39,222 dated July 16, 2009. The requirements contained in the aforementioned Provisions may vary, adjusting to the requirements issued through Administrative Provisions and/or instructions issued by the competent bodies in accordance with the Special Law governing the matter.
FOURTEENTH: Prizes for the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game may be claimed at the same authorized point of sale where the bet was placed. The right to claim the prize will expire on the third (3rd) business day following the day of the respective draw. Once the established expiration period has passed, all rights to claim prizes are extinguished.
FIFTEENTH: The prize will be paid to the person who proves possession of the winning ticket (by presenting the physical ticket), which must be in good condition (legible). Likewise, in compliance with Articles 92 and 229 of the Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents, the sale, marketing, and distribution of tickets to children and adolescents is prohibited. Under penalty of nullity and due to their lack of full legal capacity to negotiate, minors under eighteen (18) years of age may not purchase tickets for the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game; consequently, they may not participate as players or collect prizes.
SIXTEENTH: The prize winner must prove their status by presenting the original ticket. Copies of tickets will not be accepted under any circumstances. The ticket must be in perfect condition, completely intact, with its full content and distinctive markings, and must not show any alterations, alterations, reconstructions, tears, or be illegible in whole or in part. Failure to comply will result in the authorized point of sale refusing to pay the prize.
SEVENTEENTH: The payment of prizes is the sole responsibility of the administrator of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS, who will pay them when the respective bet is registered in their database.
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF A COMPLAINT
EIGHTEENTH: These Regulations constitute an adhesion contract, therefore each player participating in the game must comply with each and every one of the rules that govern it, as well as any amendments or modifications thereto, since they are pre-established rules, and players or bettors may not suggest or request any modification. Any complaint, dispute, or question must be submitted via email, and a response will be provided within 3 business days of receiving the complaint, at the following address: XXX@.ctrioactivo.com
NINETEENTH: Only a Retailer who has a contractual relationship with the administrator of this game and who has obtained the code granted by the administrator, authorizing them to market said game through the BETTING CENTERS and WEBSITES affiliated with its network, may market the TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS game. They will be authorized to operate as properly equipped physical spaces for the direct sale of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS to the public.
FINAL PROVISIONS
TWENTIETH: The administration or authorized point of sale of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS will not be liable in the event of bet cancellations agreed upon under the provisions of these Regulations, nor in cases of theft, robbery, or loss of the respective ticket, which constitutes the sole proof of the bet.
TWENTY-FIRST: The administrator of TRIOACTIVO EL PATRONUS, with the prior approval of the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE,” may modify The lottery operator may modify or amend these Regulations, in whole or in part, and must notify the National Lottery Commission (CONALOT) of any such modification or amendment, as well as inform the betting public through an announcement published in a nationally circulated newspaper, in accordance with Article 24 of the National Lottery Law.
TWENTY-SECOND: These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication in a nationally circulated newspaper.
TWENTY-THIRD: This regulation has been approved by the MONAGAS STATE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BOARD “LOTERÍA DE ORIENTE”.
